What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Venmo.

How does your apparel run on size?

All of our men’s fit and youth tees and hoodies run a standard unisex size. The lady’s fit tees run about a size smaller due to the form fitting style.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently only ship within the United States.

How do I track my package?

You can track your package by clicking the link “Track Your Order” on the right hand side of any page. Fill in the appropriate information and submit.

How fast will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days unless an item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected ship date.

How can I return or exchange my order?

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase on garments that are unworn and unwashed.  Any custom garments with any spelling errors, decoration placement errors, or material color errors made by the customer will not be accepted for return or exchange. All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Why was I charged sales tax?

Threadin It Up has to charge sales tax in Ohio as we have a physical location in this state.
